Okay so I send the products, you deliver the gallery?

You’ve got it! You (boss babe/hunk) will be responsible for shipping the products (for the month of) to and from and within the time window selected during our consult. If the product we are working with is expendable in nature (candles, food, etc.) you are welcome to leave the product with me if you prefer not to pay the return shipping.

Do you have props or will I need to supply those?

Our initial 1-on-1 is going to give me a birds eye view of the props we will need for your shoot per month. You’ve got an extra special prop/s you’d like to see show up in your imagery? Great! Just go ahead and include them in your shipment and I’ll incorporate them in artfully! Otherwise, after our initial consult I’ll provide you with full disclosure on the props I have available once learning the project scope. You’ll receive a recap following our call and the actions that will be made on my end to bring your brand to life.

So every month fresh imagery—what’s my schedule?

Here’s how it goes down:

We’ll decide your starting month in our 1-on-1. Every plan always starts on the first of the month.

Week 1 : payment is received; recap is sent; planning underway

Weeks 2 + 3 : We shoot, we capture + edit! Your brand levitates off the ground like having the voice of “a combination of Fergie + Jesus”.

Okay, but really, your vision is brought to life this week and you’ll receive some pretty rad sneak peeks just to make sure we are aligned.

Week 4: delivery week—you receive your final gallery of curated imagery ready in all it’s “extreme makeover” product edition glory.

So what if I need to cancel my plan, Jac?

Life happens—and sometimes it’s not all sunshine and rainbows or made up of monthly obligations . If we need to cancel your plan, no problem. If you need to cancel your service within the first 3 months there will be a cancelation fee of $199, if you need to cancel past your 3 first months of service the cancelation fee is $259.

If monthly obligations aren’t your thing, let’s chat about it—sometimes all you’re looking for is one good session or a cut, rather than a cut + color.

What if I need models in my shoot/s?

People get people. And your brand wants to showcase that. No problem! Because of the world being in a state of unprecedented events currently, model requests will be required 2 months ahead of our scheduled shoot and will include an added fee of $100 per model per shoot.

Not looking for any particular kind of model? My husband, my daughter, or myself may be used as alternate models at no cost to you.

Anything else I need to know?

We will go over your full vision in our initial consultation. We’ll discuss overall strategies, the look/feel you are going for, increasing engagement and driving conversion with overarching results.

You’ll want photos that don’t just resonate with your brand, you want them to tell your story and then some!
